COVID-19 Service Policy

Due to the pandemic Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Schmelz Countryside is taking the opportunity to update our clients and partners on the measures we’re taking as an organization to help keep our customers, employees, and our community safe and healthy at this time.

If you have exhibited symptoms of Covid-19, have been recently exposed to Covid-19 or have traveled outside of the US within the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment at the dealership for a later date.

In an effort to reduce traffic in the dealership for the health of everybody we have been using and continue to request customers use our revised service vehicle drop off and pick up procedures which are listed below.

If you are immune compromised or consider yourself high risk, we recommend not waiting with your vehicle during your visit.  The revised Covid-19 drop off procedures listed below offer a limited or no- contact service process.

We have a limited number of appointments with the option to wait at the dealership, for those who are unable to drop off their vehicles for service.  Due to the fact that these appointments are limited, we are able to offer service appointments sooner with the drop off option.

As always, vehicles can be dropped off outside of our open hours by using our drop box located on our VW service door.  Just park your vehicle in our VW service parking area, leave your contact information and a signature with your keys in the drop envelope.  Simply drop the sealed envelope in our mail drop below the envelopes.  A member of our team will contact you and review your requested services before we start any work.
