This four-door, five-passenger SUV seamlessly combines the style and precision of German engineering with extended range efficiency. Powered by a 77 kWh lithium-ion battery, the VW ID.4 boasts an all-electric range of up to 250 miles. Drivers can recharge their battery at home on 110- or 240-volt connections, as well as DC fast charging on the go. And while customers will naturally be drawn to the VW ID.4 for its fuel efficiency, they may be pleasantly surprised by its capabilities. The first generation includes a single-motor, rear-wheel-drive setup capable of generating 201 horsepower, and future editions will offer a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive powertrain capable of producing 302 horsepower and towing up to 2,700 pounds.
